National Corporate Trainer is a qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of human resources and social security of the people's Republic of China. It is used to affirm the ability of enterprise trainers to master and use modern training concepts and techniques, plan and develop training projects, formulate and implement training plans, and engage in training consultation and teaching activities according to the needs of enterprise production and operation.

The National Senior Planner certificate is the recognition of the good professional ethics, comprehensive planning execution ability and rich practical experience of the countermeasure planner. Planner qualification certification is divided into three levels: junior, middle and senior. Senior Planner represents the highest certification of professional ability.
